Site Based Volunteer Form - If you would like to serve as a mentor to a child and meet during the school day or in an afterschool program (this is our Big In Schools Application) and are at least a sophomore in High School you should fill this application out and return to Melissa. Or you may fill out our inquiry form on the contact us page.

Community Based Volunteer Form - Would you like to volunteer your time to help a child? Community Based Volunteers meet with their Little once a week either at school or at the childs home to mentor and have fun. Fill out this form to become a volunteer today.

School Based Child Application Form - Fill out this form if you would like your child to be "matched" with a Big Brother or Big Sister volunteer. In the school based program the volunteer visits once a week to spend about 1-3 hours per week with your child reading, working on schoolwork, playing games, sports, etc.

Community Based Child Application Form - In this program a child is “matched” with a Big Brother or Big Sister volunteer who will visit your home or your child’s school once a week, to spend about 2-5 hours working on schoolwork, visiting local establishments, playing games, sports, etc, with a one-year commitment.

Caring for Kids Donations Form - Caring For Kids is our annual campaign that raises money to help support the program. because we charge no fees for any of the services we provide to our youth, volunteers or public, we must rely on the community for 100% of our budget each year. Your donation will help support the 500 plus youth we serve each year.
